At NavuMilan, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our matrimonial services, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
For your security, account deletion must be performed directly within the NavuMilan mobile app. Since we authenticate user registration securely via a WhatsApp OTP verification flow, this prevents unauthorized or fraudulent attempts to delete your profile by third parties.
Please follow these steps inside the NavuMilan mobile application to delete your account:
Launch the NavuMilan app on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.
Tap on the My Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar (located on the far right of the bottom tab bar).
Tap on the Settings (gear) icon in the top right corner of the profile screen. This will slide up the settings options sheet from the bottom.
From the options in the settings menu, select Privacy Settings.
Scroll down to the Account Control section and tap on Delete My Account.
Review the warning dialog, tap Continue, choose a reason for deleting your account, provide any feedback if you wish, and tap the final Delete Account button. Your account and all data will be immediately deleted.
