Live Database Purging: Once you delete your account, all personal details, profile photos, mutual connections, saved profiles, and device sessions are permanently wiped from our live databases.

Regulatory Archival Log: In strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India, Information Technology Rules, 2021, and CERT-In guidelines, we retain a minimal Deletion Audit Log for a mandatory period of 180 days post-deletion. This log is stored in an encrypted, write-only database accessible only for forensic/regulatory purposes, and is automatically deleted after the retention period.

8. Children's Privacy

NavuMilan is strictly restricted to adults who are legally competent to marry under Indian law (18+ for females, 21+ for males). We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, the account will be immediately deleted.
